Include add command to add file to existing MPQ Also include remove command to remove a file from an MPQ file

Could also add remove subcommand - maybe make new issue

Id say these 2 subcommands would go hand in hand, so I'd recommend changing the issue title to be "Create add/remove subcommands" and treating it as a single feature.
