added instructions to build from command line and install mod #38

I have not been using and IDE and had some difficulty figuring out how to build and run from the linux command line. I updated the README.md to include instructions on how to do this.

I also had trouble taking the mod and loading it into a production Minecraft mods directory without error, so I added instructions on doing this as well.
