Fixes #32 mounting hole placement

just realized i obviously moved the pcb - additional commit is incoming, as well as a updated pdf for the ReadMe.

I was going to manually take your changes into the file again since (unfortunately) the PCB file gets thoroughly changed by every change made to it. So if you could pull the latest changes in your new commit, that'd be great.

Wasn't possible to not move the pcb. It was off grid be a thousandths (or less) of an inch.
