Conker's bad fur day shadows are broken, appear as large squares #609

 - Operating System (be specific): Windows 7 
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64 bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 2.0
 - Plugins used: glide64mk2 (everything else default)

As the title says, the shadows of the characters sometimes become large squares 
rather than proper shadows.
