Cannot use plugin CXD4 #639

Describe your system:
 - Operating System (be specific): windows7 64 bit
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64 bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 2.0
 - Plugins used: cxd4 (rsp), z64 (video), sdl (audio and input)

I heard online that the current best combination of plugins for accuracy is z64
for video and cxd4 for rsp, but I cant for the life of me get cxd4 to work. I
obtained the plugins from a fresh install of mpy64 (0.2.2), because I don't
know how to compile code myself, and put them in my m64+ directory. Then I went
into the .cfg file in appdata roaming and changed the plugin names under
ui-console to my newly downloaded plugins. When I started m64+ (dragging the
test rom onto mupen64plus.exe), it said something about no version number for
my rsp, and something about changing back to defaults. Then it said its using
static interpreter for rsp and when I try to run a game (mario 64, banjo
kazooie) it either doesnt work or it's very slow. I've tried deleting the .cfg
file, running m64+ to create a new one, and re-editing the .cfg file multiple
times and the same thing happens every time. I've also tried re-downloading
m64+ and m64py for the plugins multiple times, and the same thing keeps
happening. The weirdest part is that a while ago I had the same set up working,
but then I tried experimenting with different settings and suddenly it stopped
working. Please help!

Sorry, I just didn't know where to put this. How do I get to the mailing list?
