Add Python upload script #2

Thanks for the firmware upgrade package! I have reverse-engineered it and added a Python version of the update script. Should be easier for Linux/Mac users.

Also just a note, I have some low-level information on XDM2041 here. The models are quite similar so it may be of interest to you also: https://github.com/PetteriAimonen/owon-xdm2041-info/
