nplayersdealt & dealposition not robust #67

wellknown problem: symbols affected by fast folds.
w.k. workaround: use nchairsdelatleft/right instead.
Way too many noobs complaining.

Better also consider player sitting in and players with bets as dealt.
(not strictly correct, but less incorrect)
