Request Type Question

Describe the request In TheHive version 3.X, the task start date is replaced when the "Reopen" button is used. Is it possible to customize this behaviour so that the start date is kept although using the "Reopen" function?

Thanks

Unfortunately, this behavior cannot be configured using standard TheHive tools. However, there may be a solution through a setting or a custom plugin. It is recommended that you refer to TheHive documentation or discuss this issue in the forums or the TheHive user community. I'm just learning time management using https://graduateway.com/essay-examples/time-management/ for that. There you can find information about available plugins or settings that may allow you to save the start date of a task when using the "Reopen" feature. If you do not find the answer in the documentation or the community, it is recommended that you contact TheHive developers directly for more information on possible ways to customize this behavior. In addition to searching TheHive documentation and interacting with the user community, you can also contact TheHive official support. They may provide you with specific instructions or guidance on how to customize the task start date behavior when using the Reopen feature.
