[Feature Request] Migrate the global search page to APIs v1

Problem Description

The global search section uses the old APIs and has not been migrated to use APIs v1, and this is producing many errors, missing data, missing pagination (bug) etc...

The goal here is to track rewriting the global search page

Postponing this improvement to next release because it has impacts on dashboards which are still relying on API v0.

This feature request will be postponed as moving to APIs v1 requires moving the dashboard section too (update all the widgets and support dashboard backward compatibility). We will make it after 4.1.
