Ist it possible to somehow enfoce a minimum length of the string you submit as summary when you close a case? At the moment we see some operators closing cases with summary "." or "FP" and so on. We need to force them to supply more information about the case. Thus it would be great to be able to enfoce a minimum length for the summary (e.g. at least 20 chars).
