We know the FW is passing the traffic because we received a SYN to the device to which we responded with an 8212 reset code.  The Firewall is allowing the packet to the host but the server didn’t open the port necessary for the Passive FTP connection. we could output the message as a PDF which is then sent to a fax machine to be faxed to royal mail who would print it on demand to you, it would then be handed to a fedex delivery person who could get it to you in 5 working days (I'm afraid we don't have the budget for next day delivery), will this help?
