Grabber does not stream live to a PySide6 embedded display #2

I am using the qt6-first-steps.py file to start working with ic4, and I'm able to detect my device. But when the app starts I am only shown the first image taken and it's still, not live updating.

Testing with the ic4-ctrl I am only delivered 1 frame in live mode. I'm using ic4 with a DFG/HDMI converter from The Imaging Source connected to an HDMI camera, and installed the appropriate GenTL Producer drivers but it still does not give live display in PySide6.

Sorry for the late reply.

This is an issue with the HDMI converter. Please contact support@theimagingsource.com to get a firmware upgrade that fixes the problem.
