Change RESET SYNC action in ONLINE to allow date entry versus simply set to zero. #35

As more institutions change OFX, allowing the user to set when they want new downloads sent would be extremely helpful, as opposed to relying on Stuart's toolbox (USAA, Schwab, others will be coming)

Lots of people are using toolbox to edit the last txn download date field whereas the reset sync button only resets it to zero. This would be a great addition.

This is resolved in MD2022(4055).. The Online Menu>Setup Online Banking>Reset Sync Date button now resets the date so that upon next download a new / nice select start date menu appears.... This mirrors the new MD+ first date download selection box (where you can reset the date in the MD+ Setup, right click, Reset Sync button)....
