Reload Application button doesn't save config #69

Using version 3.1.2

To reproduce, open omeglespy, change a setting (word list, common interest, 
setting etc...), press the upper right hand Reload Application button, check 
settings when omeglespy reloads.

It only seems to affect this button, if you close and open the program 
manually, the settings are successfully saved.
