The scenery sure looks familiar.

Today you learned about the bare minimum needed to define a web page with HTML. You learned a little about Hexadecimal notation (and Binary notation) and Lorem Ipsum (or "lipsum") from Meet the Ipsums. You also met a few tags: <html>, <body>, <h1> through <h6>, <p> and <style>. There are LOTS more.

Reading

[x] Use the HTML Reference on MDN to identify at least 10 block-level tags like the ones we discussed today. Write down the "symbol" of the tag -- <html> -- and what its use means.
[x] To find examples of those tags, open The Iron Yard -- Orlando website and look at the source of the page (View > Developer > View Source in Chrome).
[x] Add at least 3 usage examples of each tag from the blog or elsewhere on the internet. Include the URL of the example.
[ ] Work through Code School: Front End Foundations this week. Treat the course as a practice drill: work your way through as many times as possible.
[x] Use the CSS Reference on MDN to identify ALL the styles that affect the color of things (~10).
[x] Start reading Learn Layout; if necessary, Learn to Code: HTML & CSS
