@fab9 @jmanock arrived before 9, but were not present when standup started. @Xx-Nova-xX , @kimkvn, @rgcoders arrived after 9am.

I believe I was the first person to speak in the stand up?

@al-the-x @SusannaMiller my understanding was that the purpose of the standup (ever since final projects started) was for David to hear where we were at and what we were struggling regarding our projects. Therefore I assumed we were waiting for David to arrive, like we did yesterday.

Susanna, based on your last comment, I'll take it that we're doing standup with or without David. That's clear now. Thanks. :)

@Nhare Sorry Nicholas! My bad (clearly!). @fab9 I can understand the confusion, but with Brian and I there, I wanted to go ahead and get started. If you're ever unsure about start time or anything like that, feel free to go ahead and check with me. Thanks!

@Susanna I am confused. Can you please clarify what the point of having the stand up (without David) is?

@fab9 sure! One of the reasons that we do standup is so that David is aware of your progress, definitely, but it's also a check-in for y'all - you're a team, so it's just as important for each of you to see the progress the others are making. And of course, Brian or I can always fill David in on anything important that he may have missed! Just like anyone else, sometimes David runs late, but that shouldn't affect your own timeliness - as I said, I'm sorry there was confusion around that, but we will be starting at 9am daily, and having all three TIY team members there does not affect that.
