Expected Behavior

Dinosaurs to be unable to rest while using Scent.

Current Behavior

Dinosaurs can rest while using scent if you press the rest key right after pressing (and holding) Q. Rest animation isn't played,but player still receives resting bonuses (like stam regen). Once the player stops sniffing,the rest animation is played. Video evidence: https://youtu.be/szkfVdNjpO0?t=18s Notice that stamina is regenerated while rex is sniffing.

Steps to reproduce

-Spawn as anything able to use Scent. -Simultaneously hold Scent key and Rest key. -Notice that rest bonuses are received,even though the character isn't resting. Note: if you let go of the Scent key,rest animation will be played.
