Expected Behavior

Hatch/juvie/sub carno not to move trees when near them.

Current Behavior

Hatch/juvie/sub carno move trees when near them. Adult carno doesn't move trees

-Be a hatch/juvie/sub carno -Move near a tree -Feel the power
