Juvie Galli SSS is too deep #548

Expected Behavior

The subsurface scattering effect should make the skin appear translucent.

Current Behavior

Juvie Galli limbs become translucent.

Steps to reproduce

Log in as juvie Galli and position the sun behind the model.

The juvie is just too skinny for the current settings.

This has been an issue with all of the really small characters forever. There's a more advanced subsurface technique we've experimented with which would probably eliminate the issue, but it's more graphically expensive so can't be implemented until we have a way of letting users with potatoes stick with the more simplistic version.
