Jumping while standing up from resting #555

Expected Behavior

All species should be unable to jump while performing the stand from resting animation.

Current Behavior

Any species that is able to jump can currently jump while performing the stand from resting animation.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Spawn as a species that can jump.
  2. Press H to rest.
  3. Press H again and jump while your character begins to stand. You will be able to jump in place while your character performs their standing up animation.
