Utah pounce can be used while swimming #584

Expected Behavior

Utahraptor's should not be able to pounce while swimming.

Current Behavior

Utahraptor's can currently pounce while swimming.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Spawn as an adult Utahraptor.
  2. Find a river or water source that is swimmable.
  3. Begin swimming.
  4. While swimming, press the pounce button (default RMB) to launch yourself forward in the water.
