Scent highlighting should not persist when the player presses the growth button.
Current Behavior
If the scent highlighting is active when the player presses the growth button on the escape menu, the highlighting will persist and remain until the player safe logs.
This only occurs in dedicated servers.
In this image we can see that I have just grown to adult Utahraptor from juvenile while my scent was active, causing the highlights to persist. Notice the compass is not visible.
Steps to reproduce
Enter a dedicated server.
Select a juvenile and grow it to full size.
Use your scent.
While scent is actively highlighting, press escape and hit the growth button.
Your highlights will not disappear until you safe log.
