Dilo hatchling unable to use 4 call #606

Expected Behavior

Dilo hatchling should be able to use the 4 button to call, to keep consistency with the other species.

Current Behavior

Dilo hatchling is currently unable to use the 4 button to call.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Spawn as Dilo hatchling.
  2. Press the 4 button to call.
  3. Be unable to make a sound.
