Camera movement affects water coloration #609

Expected Behavior

Water should have the same hue at all time

Current Behavior

When moving camera around in game, lighting appears to change/affect water.

Steps to reproduce

Move camera around left/right/up/down

Build Information

Operating System: Windows 10
