Add TOC

Add Table of content as it is much easier to follow.

Thanks! I like the idea of a TOC, but is there an easy way to autogenerate it? Because I know that I'll forget to update it when I reorganize the actual content...

(btw i use the TAB key in my emacs in markdown-mode to just fold sections easily)

@TheJJ I've generated TOC with VSCode markdown-all-in-one extenstion. The TOC is automatically updated on file save by default.

As you use emacs as the main editor, you may want to check markdown-toc.
