Reconnect bugs when staying on page after trying to close it #60

When the user has an unsaved file, closes the browser tab / window and then stays on the page when the warning is shown; some reconnect related bugs occure:

All the devices stop working and can't even be removed
The logisim download link breaks (Because a new processor is created, but the new processor id is not sent to the client.)
