Finalize the JSON output format #637

After updating to Phenol 2.0.5, the GeneIdentifier can be serialized out of box, without needing the custom serializer.

Remove org.monarchinitiative.lirical.io.output.serialize.GeneIdentifierSerializer after the upgrade.
