link for monarch-initiative/OLPG leads to monarch-initiative/phenol #15

This may be intentional - I do not know but

git clone git@github.com:monarch-initiative/OLPG gets translated to git clone git@github.com:monarch-initiative/phenol

We have largely refactored the OLPG code, and this is now called phenol. We need to refactor this in PDXintegrator too
