replace ontolib with phenol #17

Phenol is the library that we have developed on the basis of ontolib but have made faster, more robust, and more flexible. phenol is in maven central and so is a lot easier to use. It is not 100% backwards compatible but the functions are the same and so the refactor is simple. I am trying to do this from the JAXData branch.
