Can we figure out a way to navigate the current mondo structure or enhance mondo to work effectively.
Allowing treatments to be annotated to the internal mondo nodes (non -leaf)
Do we just suggest all leaf nodes and allow them to pick and choose (never actually annotating to the non leaf nodes?)
