Installation with maven fails #50

Currently, the installation with maven fails, since it has a dependency of phenol with version 1.5.1-SNAPSHOT.

That is however not available in at https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/monarchinitiative/phenol/phenol/

changing the version of phenol to 1.6.0 fixes the issue

@ldingemans this is still a prototype codebase, and note also that it has some undocumented tweaks that are slightly different to the original publiushed algorithm. If you are thinking of using this for an analysis please get in touch and I can explain. Also, if you would like to make a PR please go ahead (but we should update to phenol version 2.0.0-RC5).
