Some issues with evidence for phenotypic features #211

  1. When an evidence code is selected, it does not show up in the accordion listing

  1. I selected all the possible evidence codes (is this valid, or should only one be allowed).

  1. I removed all but one, however the deletion is not saved. When the edit modal is opened again, they are all selected.
