This PR is to migrate the UI/UX of features and diseases UI to dialog based editable UIs just the same as we currently have for interpretations.

Seems like a surprising amount of changes to make at this point in the project. Hope this is the product of a lot of recent hard work and you have not been sitting on code, buses exist...

we had a ui review recently with sarah and john, and the suggestion to modify the ui/ux came up. then a lot of code refactoring and putting components in better places. no sitting on code here.
