Put the expanded details of feature, diseases, etc in a panel to make things clearer

When expanding a feature or a disease or interpretation, or any other phenopacket sub element, the details are not clearly separated from the next item in the list of feature, disease, interpretation etc. We could put them in a Panel like the Vital Status for instance.
