Internal link

I cannot get the internal link to the digest page from the count page to work. The old link was wrong because it referenced a local html page in the build directory (it would not work online). I tried the following, it does not work yet http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/stable/usage/restructuredtext/roles.html#cross-referencing-arbitrary-locations

If I omit the underscore in .. _rst_digest:, the link works. However, in this case the link consists of the entire heading of the referenced section, which is not good for the readability.

I also corrected another internal reference right below. I could not find any further internal references.
