Sizes of chimeric fragments #96

The text uses d_c but the figure has d_h. Is this a typo?

No, I switched the terminology from hybrid to chimeric fragments, because hybrid is not commonly used. Therefore, d_h needs to be replaced by d_c.

I replaced all occurrences of d_h with d_c in all figures.
