NORMAL endometrium datasets published in this paper.

since they did a lot of analysis with endometrium epithelial and the endometrium organoids, we would like to match the naming, if applicable. we want to check how our cells mapped with their datasets.

Downloaded Endometrium (All) and Endometrium Organoids from this paper.

The two h5ad files are located 'data/public_dataset/` on Sumner.

Still need to analyze.

the downloadedadata.X are normalized counts? not sure what's the best approach to combined the data with ours, they don't have the layers ...

OK, nvm. the raw is in adata.raw
