I created 3 volcano plots for each tissue type (Eutopic, Ectopic, Ovarian), but needed some fix.
These are the gene list curated by Elise to highlight on the plot.
A few notes:
[ ] add certain font/bullet color for cell type specific genes (RBC-related genes: Red, Neuronal-related would be green, etc..)
[ ] add a vertical line for logFC cutoff threshold at logFC > 4
[ ] change the xticklable to (10, 5, 0, 5, 10) - since we are talking in "upregulated in sc [left] or bulk [right]"
[ ] if the one above are all possible, then bullet for genes with logFC < 4= grey, logFC > 4 = black, except highlighted genes
