I corrected this in the loinc2hpo file

Thanks @pnrobinson! I also caught that and have a note to fix it! :D I have to make a pass and update my annotations for anything new that's been added to HPO after October 2020.

Another example of a CI/CD check we should probably make. Looking for relevant new annotations in the HPO that might warrant updating a borad annotation.
