Preliminary report generation provided in c92ee5f6a414536c9bd504f9743818309d494961.

However, need the following:

[x] CSS styling so it doesn't look like hot garbage. We have basic CSS styling using bootstrap. It can still be greatly improved.
[ ] CellView text Have some placeholder text there now.
[x] JAX Branding? If so, do I need to get approval for any of this from JAX people? We shouldn't add JAX branding for now. We can ask the graphics team for help though.
[ ] Make figure conform with layout.
[ ] Additional figures.
[ ] Aggregation specific templating.

We need to standardize how to capture and make robust report images. Of primary concern is how to have a consistent scheme for both single sample and aggregated analyses. We could maybe have a nested dictionary of images in .uns using sampleid as the keys, but how then to incorporate clustering/batch UMAP plots which don't depend on sampleid?
