[x] Number of highly variable genes
[ ] Mapping rate to introns as QC filter?
[ ] Comparison to previous sample from that tissue or sample
[ ] Should we say that the number of parameters give different results
[ ] Marker list better explanations
[ ] CellView screenshots.
[ ] Batch correction score?
[ ] References used need to be expanded to include strain-specific references.
