Convert source code files from .txt to .cpp #1

Currently cpp_LE2 and cpp_LE2(1) are both text files instead of .cpp files.

Also, they should probably be called something different, seeing as the project name is CPP_LE_1.

Also also, if cpp_LE2(1) is just a later version of cpp_LE2, remove cpp_LE2 and rename cpp_LE2(1).

This came down to me not being familiar with GitHub. Also I'm writing my code at work and sending it home since and Outlook is blocking anything in .cpp . I'll just need to put it in the correct format before uploading it. Also I dont know how to do it here yet, I'll try and figure that out today
