Editor not using proper Titlecase #389

Titlecase capitalizes the first letter of each word. It would be nice if it followed established capitalization in titles rules.

Mode which would include change

@risk00 examples of expectation vs reality would be helpful to make sure we are solving the same problem here.

There are variations of capitalization rules but generally, none of the established rules would capitalize words such as: and, but, for, or, and nor. More on style rules and a converter for testing.
