When I use multiple monitors and hold down Shift to move the selection, the selection area on the secondary screen cannot cover the entire secondary screen
My secondary screen is 2560x1080, and the main screen is 1920x1080. The right part of the secondary screen cannot be moved by holding down Shift

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Click on 'Win+Shift+F'
Move the mouse to the secondary screen and hold down the left button while dragging
Then hold down shift and move to reproduce
