Hello there!

We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our application uses the Microsoft Graph API, a powerful tool that allows us to provide you with enhanced features and a better experience. When you click the "sign in button" you are going to see a pop up which says what miniLook is capable of doing it will include:

These tasks are only used within the miniLook app and there is no kind of backend of any sort. Here is how the app uses these different APIs:

  1. Email: Our app uses the Microsoft Graph API to send and receive emails on your behalf. This allows you to use see a list of emails, see a preview of an email, mark an email as read/unread, archive an email, reply to an email, and send an email

  2. Calendar: Today miniLook has read only access to your calendar events. This is used to show the 3 most recent calendar events with a link to join an online meeting (if it exists) or to open the event in Outlook on the web.

  3. Contacts: When composing an email there are suggested recipients provided by the Microsoft Graph API. This is the only place where Contacts are used.

  4. User Control: You have full control over your data and access. When you logout of the app all cached data and tokens are cleared. You can also revoke access to miniLook from your Microsoft account. Go to "My Microsoft Account", select "Privacy" in the left sidebar, scroll down and select "App access", from the list of apps find "miniLook" and there is a link to revoke access.

I hope this clarifies how miniLook uses the Microsoft Graph APIs. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me joe@joefinapps.com

Thank you and enjoy miniLook!

Joe
