Turn dead players into zombies #105

After a player has been dead for some time the character should wake up (still looking as a player, more or less), but be controlled with one of the zombie scripts.

This behaviour would be determined by the game-type lua script. We could probably create a game type for this.

It required some additional Lua functions, but this was completed in b7e1be1ee4
