Seem to fall through the map sometimes

You seem to fall through the map sometimes.

• Raising the map (esp. on quicker computers)
• Leaving vehicles

Falling now causes death, so you will then respawn.

The issue still needs fixing though

This has been fixed for the case of leaving a vehicle while on terrain

This is mostly a solved issue, but I'm still encountering it rarely, so I'll leave it open for now.
