Special attack isn't implemented #46

The key is there, but it does nothing.

Is this a feature I still want in the game? Probably.

Special attack has been implemented as an additional weapon which is always assigned to the player (and mapped to the key T). This weapon have unlimited ammo.

There are three new config options for units:

special_weapon - The name of the special weapon.
special_delay - The max run time for continuous weapons. I might rename this to special_time
special_cooldown - The cooldown time for special weapons.

Nup, I'm not going to rename special_delay to special_time because it's called delay in heaps of other places related to weapons.

Okay so there isn't any config hooked up, but the code is there so I'm marking as complete.
