Calibrate filament motion sensor by allowing user to issue a calibrate command that heats the extruder to specified temperature then extrudes specified length of filament and averages the lengths of filament that trigger state from, 0->1, 1->0, 0->0 and 1->1. The longest distance will be recommended for saving in printer.cfg as detection_length.
