SA-2315 - Add option to test the PowerShell module against the generated SDKs
What does this solve?
Before releasing the latest SDKs these should be tested against the production PowerShell module to verify that changes made in the SDKs do not break functionality of the JumpCloud PowerShell module.

Yes, this PR is being worked in conjunction with this PR in /support which addresses the issue with the Associations sudo tests not working correctly
How should this be tested?
N/A this just kicks off an invoke pester run for the production version of the PowerShell module, nothing fancy here.
